Control and instrument engineers, process control specialists, console supervisors and administrators who will use or manage CeraPID
A short, hands-on course that takes a control engineer from installation to a retuned loop: connecting to the historian, importing the loop inventory, running the plant-wide loop assessment, reading the KPIs and valve diagnostics, identifying a process model from step or closed-loop data and calculating IMC/lambda tuning with a documented change record. Administrators cover historian connections, DCS tag mapping and user roles.
Installation and editions · historian and DCS connections · loop inventory and tag mapping · plant-wide assessment and KPI dashboard · valve diagnostics and stiction detection
Model identification from step and closed-loop data · IMC/lambda tuning and simulation · tuning reports and change records · export to MOC · administration · Q&A on participants' own loops
