Internal and corporate auditors, PSM coordinators, HSE managers and element owners preparing for or conducting compliance audits
An audit that only confirms the paperwork exists misses the programmes that are decaying in the field. This course covers the three frameworks most sites in the region are measured against, how to build a protocol that tests implementation rather than existence, how to sample records, interview and walk the plant, and how to write findings that lead to correction. Day 2 is a mock audit of three elements on a case plant, from opening meeting to report.
