This half-day session explains the revalidation options — update, redo or a combination — how to choose based on the change history, incident record and quality of the previous study, and how to run a revalidation that does not repeat the original three weeks. The second half addresses the action register: writing closable actions, risk-ranking, tracking and what 'resolved' has to mean.
